Born from a butter lover’s frustration
Our first product — the Temperature Controlled Butter Dish — was born out of founder David Alfillé’s personal frustration. Butter loving to his core, he found it never seemed to spread properly no matter the weather. Always too hard, always too soft. Never just right.
David’s background as founder of a well-known local ice cream factory, with deep expertise in refrigeration, temperature engineering and manufacturing, meant he was uniquely placed to invent the ideal solution. And so the Alfillé Temperature Controlled Butter Dish was born.
